A Pharmacist and Certified Integrative Women’s Health and Menopause Coach who helps women navigate perimenopause without feeling lost, frustrated, or alone.
You know that feeling when you're doing all the "right" things but your body just isn't responding like it used to? Or when you walk into your doctor's office with a list of symptoms, only to walk out with more questions than answers? I get it!
Why a Menopause Coach?
As I began my women’s health coaching practice, I started to notice women in their mid-thirties and beyond were dealing with many common frustrations: stubborn weight gain in their mid-section, horrible sleep, decreased stress resilience, night sweats, hot flashes, brain fog, anxious and racing thoughts, changes in libido and loss of interest in things normally loved.
On top of coping with all these life altering symptoms, most felt dismissed by health care providers, placated with a prescription for anti-depressants, or so bombarded with information there was just no way to separate research backed options or highly marketed “menopause influencer” products.
As a busy woman with far too much already on her plate, she just doesn’t have time to sort through all of it to find HER solution.
