Coaching Midlife Women as they Navigate the Menopause Transition to Live a Long, Vibrant Life

Why a Menopause Coach?

As I began my women’s health coaching practice, I started to notice women in their mid-thirties and beyond were dealing with many common frustrations: stubborn weight gain in their mid-section, horrible sleep, decreased stress resilience, night sweats, hot flashes, brain fog, anxious and racing thoughts, changes in libido and loss of interest in things normally loved.

On top of coping with all these life altering symptoms, most felt dismissed by health care providers, placated with a prescription for anti-depressants, or so bombarded with information there was just no way to separate research backed options or highly marketed “menopause influencer” products.

As a busy woman with far too much already on her plate, she just doesn’t have time to sort through all of it to find HER solution.

That’s where I come in.

As your menopause coach, I am there alongside you as a resource. I save your time by weeding through all that’s out there and delivering you the best choices. I get it. You are pressed for time, exhausted, and will prioritize everyone you love above yourself. I remove that burden by becoming the advocate that will prioritize your health and whole well-being. I will empower you to make choices in your healthcare that feel right to YOU. I will hold space for you to create your vision of health with what YOU find most important. Together, we will come up with a plan for nutrition, movement and lifestyle changes to help you have more energy, lose the stubborn midlife weight gain, and reduce your menopause symptoms. As your advocate on your healthcare team, I will guide you to the care you need that aligns with your values. I want each and every woman to feel heard when it comes to health.

  • Integrative Women's Health Coaching

I am a certified women’s health coach with a focus on perimenopause and menopause education which is a fancy way to say that I’ve gone through many programs to help women navigate the time of their life where their bodies are changing and their hormones are changing, and provide them with the tools to take control back from something that feels really out of control.

I’m a registered pharmacist in 3 states, and because of my background + education in that field, I know that there is a time and a place for prescriptive care.

However, I also know that the traditional approach to medicine hasn’t yet caught up to the most recent science and research that shows that lifestyle plays a huge part in easing the transition into menopause.

So this is exactly where I come in.

My goal is to bridge the gap between traditional and integrative medicine by guiding women through the opportunities that lie in both approaches, and help them formulate a plan that will work best for them.

Together we mute out the noise, remove judgment + shame, and focus on what matters most - not just surviving, but thriving.

Hello, I’m Victoria!

Since the age of 16 I worked in a pharmacy. Graduating pharmacy school and becoming the manager of a pharmacy was a dream of mine come true. I believed in the power of medicine. I believed in the connection I could have with patients that regularly visited my counter.

The more time I spent filling prescriptions for diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol, the more I realized we need to get to the root cause of these diseases and educate how to prevent them altogether. I no longer wanted to provide the bandaid without offering solutions.

In 2019 when my girls had grown and I was ready to return to work, I knew I wanted to help women in a different capacity. For far too long I have seen a traditional western medicine system set up in a way that doesn’t serve women as it should. Not only is there a place for prescriptive care today, but there is also a place for a holistic approach to functional medicine. My vision of health for my clients has shifted into advocacy for the care SHE chooses. I stand in the middle of Western medicine and holistic wellness to provide the bridge women need to receive the care they want.

I believe each woman should be entitled to the care of her choice…and it doesn’t have to be definitively one way or the other. A woman shouldn’t feel shamed by integrative wellness for taking an antibiotic or hormone replacement therapy just as she shouldn’t be shamed by traditional western medicine for wanting to focus on HPA axis regulation, gut health, or nutrition and lifestyle changes.

During our time together, I want clients to feel empowered to choose what healthy means to her. There is no shame or guilt for not adhering to a “program” or workout regimen. There is only space for knowing that she has been met where she is in her life at that moment and offered the best choices for her to make.

My Mission…

…is to foster a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, and nourishing space for women in their Middle Years who are ready, willing, and able to make a healthy change in their lives and coach them toward improving and enhancing their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Every woman deserves to live their best life on their terms.

I believe in the individual. Every woman has a different path and I want to meet you where you are in your circumstance, lifestyle and health needs. I believe in nutrition over diet fads and restrictions. Together, we will create lifelong changes to habits instead of jumping from diet to diet. I believe every woman is entitled to a healthy and joyful life they love.

Longevity and vibrancy are two words that guide my practice: what can we do together to prolong disease-free life as you age, and how can we create a bright and energetic future?
