I will guide you through my 5 Pillars of Menopausal Health:

  • We talk about dietary theories that not only have research backed data to improve midlife women’s health, but we share recipes that MAKE SENSE with our budgets, families, and time. You are invited to decide how you want to approach nutrition on YOUR terms. Do you want to track macro nutrients and food? Do you want to learn about portions and how to eat intuitively? Do you want to change your body composition and increase muscle mass? These are some of the questions you can ask yourself and listen to your inner voice to decide. No one here will tell you the BEST way to eat. You know your BEST way.

  • We will talk about stress, overwhelm and burnout. We will talk about different methods to mitigate stress in your life. There is no such thing as a stress-free life, but we can work on finding the methods that best suit your life to mitigate that stress.

  • Let’s face it. Women don’t sleep in midlife. And when we worry about how little sleep we get…yup- MORE STRESS! In our community, you will find resources to develop better sleep habits.

  • We will talk about the importance of strength training, stability and flexibility so that we remain mobile well into our later years. Functional exercises to keep your bones strong, muscles from wasting away, and you carrying all your groceries into the house by yourself. We will create habits to keep you chasing grandkids, traveling the world, and doing the work you love.

  • There are many components to a midlife woman’s life. Our parents are aging, our children are growing up and leaving the house, we may find relationships dissolving or searching for new ones. In an ever connected world, we are more lonely than ever. Building the community to connect with each other will bring us together during a transition that often has you feeling you are left to figure it out alone. Finding passions, having FUN, career pivots…nothing is off the table of discussion.

With this wealth of resources, you will have ways to reduce the stubborn belly fat, experience restorative sleep, stress mitigation, better focus, nutrition, and relief of menopause symptoms.   • Your initial appointment will be $249 and is 50 minutes in length. During this call we will discuss goals, health history, current symptoms, and come up with a comprehensive treatment plan. I will use my proprietary 5 Pillars to Menopause Health but make this session personalized to your needs.

    All follow-up (check-in) calls will be 25 minutes in length and will be $99 each. Check-in sessions will be every 4,6 or 8 weeks depending on the stage in coaching and the goals set during previous session. The payment will also cover full app access between our sessions and messaging with me as well.

    Costs of lab work and supplements are not included in the above pricing and will vary.

  • We meet via a Zoom link at a time that is convenient for you. We may also meet in a phone conversation if that is more convenient for you.

  • My strict confidentiality guidelines ensure a safe space for open discussion. What happens in our coaching session remains in our coaching session. I use software that provides the same HIPAA protection that medical offices are required to uphold.

  • I received a BS in Pharmacy from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2004. I have been a licensed pharmacist in multiple states since that time and have kept a current license in MO and WA which require continuing education credits each year. I received a Health Coach certificate from IIN. I later received a certification in Women’s Integrative Health Coaching from the Integrative Women’s Health Institute which is accredited by the NBHWC. I recertify that every 3 years with continuing education credits. The last time I renewed I received my certificate in Perimenopause and Menopause education as well as a Longevity course. I received a Nutrition Coach and Behavior Change Specialist Certification from NASM. I am a current member of the Menopause Society and the International Menopause Society where I receive the majority of my Continuing Education courses for my pharmacy licenses.

  • I am not a provider that can treat medical conditions. I offer support, accountability and resources to clients in the holistic and prescriptive aspect of women’s midlife health(perimenopause and menopause). I collaborate with physicians to offer suggestions in prescriptive care, but I do not diagnose and treat women.

  • While hormone testing is not required by The Menopause Society guidelines to offer treatment for menopause and perimenopause symptoms, there may be a time when hormone testing is necessary. In collaboration with your care provider, I can suggest hormone testing and in some cases, we can order tests through Fullscript.
