Meet Your Mentor!
I’m Victoria - a mom, wife of 17 years, an audible binger, an amateaur chef, podcast host, and always dreaming of making it to space.
I grew up moving to all different parts of the US. Midwest born, Southern raised, and Pacific Northwesterner by marriage, I have seen so many different ways of life in our country.
The only job I ever had from the age of 16 was working in a pharmacy. I did all the jobs from cashier up to pharmacy manager. I loved working in retail pharmacies to create a connection with my patients that came in to see me every month. Watching my clients’ children grow up, getting tins of cookies during the holidays, and even birthday cards in July… I knew being a community pharmacist was so much more than counting by 5s and slapping labels on bottles.
…but after having my family, time out of the pharmacy, and learning about how nutrition and lifestyle can make such an impact on overall health, I knew my true passion was connecting prescriptive care with holistic options for women- and in building this community I am again offered the opportunity to connect and develop relationships with women.
I took my 28 years in pharmacy, my certifications as an Integrative Women’s Health Coach, Behavior Change Specialist, Nutrition & Macronutrient Coach, and Perimenopause and Longevity Specialist, and my 5 years coaching clients to create this community of resource, connection and access to women’s health and wellness.
I will never regret my choice to hang up my white coat and stay home with the girls. I always say Pharmacist by training, Stay Home Mom by choice. But now that they are older, the world looks a little different, (thanks 2020) and the muzzles are off women talking about perimenopause and menopause, my time has come to get back to caring for the health and well being of others.
I believe in the changes you will not only see in your health, but your outlook on aging. A perspective shift happens when women focus on longevity and healthspan.

Our strict confidentiality guidelines ensure a safe space for open discussion. What happens in Women Mastering Midlife stays in Women Mastering Midlife. If I feel that a member is not keeping the confidentiality of others or behaving in a manner not acceptable to the others, I will not renew their membership and remove them immediately.

I will tailor content to the needs of the community, and if there are specific needs for resources, I will do my best to provide them. I am available to answer questions through community and individual chat. We can also book a 1:1 coaching session with a steep discount for community members if you need more of a deep dive into a topic.

I received a BS in Pharmacy from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2004. I have been a licensed pharmacist in multiple states since that time and have kept a current license in MO and WA which require continuing education credits each year. I received a Health Coach certificate from IIN. I later received a certification in Women’s Integrative Health Coaching from the Integrative Women’s Health Institute which is accredited by the NBHWC. I recertify that every 3 years with continuing education credits. The last time I renewed I received my certificate in Perimenopause and Menopause education as well as a Longevity course. I received a Nutrition Coach and Behavior Change Specialist Certification from NASM. I am a current member of the Menopause Society and the International Menopause Society where I receive the majority of my Continuing Education courses for my pharmacy licenses.
