Growing up across the United States, I experienced diverse ways of life that shaped my understanding of connection and community. My journey has led me from nearly three decades in pharmacy to becoming an integrative women’s health coach, passionate about empowering midlife women.

As a mom, podcast host, and amateur chef, I balance a love for science with a deep commitment to helping women thrive through personalized care and support.

The only job I’ve ever had was in a pharmacy. At 16, I started as a cashier and worked my way up to pharmacy manager, cherishing the relationships I built with my patients. But over time, I realized the traditional healthcare model often treats symptoms instead of addressing root causes.

After stepping back to focus on my family and learning more about nutrition and lifestyle’s impact on health, I discovered my true passion: connecting prescriptive care with holistic options for women. This led me to create a space where women can access evidence-based resources, guidance, and advocacy for their health journey.

Why Women Need a Menopause Coach

Many women in their 30s and beyond face frustrating symptoms like stubborn weight gain, brain fog, sleep disruptions, and more. Unfortunately, healthcare systems often dismiss these concerns or offer quick fixes that don’t address the bigger picture.

That’s where I come in. As your menopause coach, I help you navigate the overwhelming information out there, prioritize your health, and create a personalized plan for nutrition, movement, and lifestyle changes. My goal is to empower you to make choices that align with your values while reducing your symptoms and improving your energy and well-being.

After years of filling prescriptions, I realized we need a different approach to health—a bridge between Western medicine and integrative wellness. I believe each woman should feel empowered to choose her path without judgment, whether that involves medication, hormone therapy, or lifestyle changes like gut health and stress management.

During our time together, you’ll feel supported, informed, and empowered to create your unique vision of health. My role is to advocate for your choices, meet you where you are, and help you navigate your journey on your terms.
