A New Look at Menopause

These past few months I have been working behind the scenes to create what I am calling the Menopause Protocol. It's my coaching framework for all incoming clients who are beginning their perimenopause/ menopause journey.  I've taken feedback from clients along with the training I have been receiving from the Integrative Women's Health Institute to develop a “skeleton” to guide client care that will not only allow for individual customization, but a way to provide a holistic approach to midlife women's health.

The research is showing now in regard to Menopause health, women are showing signs of perimenopause much earlier than originally believed. The key to mitigating symptoms and thriving into our 50s and beyond is to address the root causes as soon as possible.
